ABSTRACT:
Ferric oxide impurity effect on the ferroelectric hysteresis behaviour of potassium vanadate has been studied in the region of its transition points. The measurements of coercive field have been carried out by hysteresis loop method. The coercive field for potassium vanadate increases upto 0.5 mol % of dopant but decreases for higher concentrations. It was found that the Curie temperature of potassium vanadate decreases with the increase of the doping concentration.
