ABSTRACT:
Photoluminescent (PL) and Electroluminescent (EL) spectral characteristics, voltage and frequency dependence of EL brightness are investigated for (Zn+Ca)S phosphors after doping With La, Cu and Cl as impurities. Possible discussions are also included.
