The anatomical and phytochemical studies of its leaves were carried out In its petiole, a ring of unequal bundles is present. This type of transition in petioler organization has not been reported earlier for the family. Phytochemical analysis was carried out to test 16 different of bioactive molecules. Investigations confirmed the presence of alkaloids, simple phenolics, flavanol, flavones, leucoanthocyanin, tannins, saponins, steroids and cardenolides.
