ABSTRACT:
Results of ·photoconductivity rise and decay are presented for different (Cd-Zn)S films. From the analysis of decay curves trap depths, instantaneous life time.and mobility are evaluated. Both the instantaneous life time and mobility improve·which produce high photocurrent observed in such materiats. From the results of XRO studies, crystal structure and lattice constants are evaluated. Existence of both cubic and hexagonal phases are found. The SEM studies favour layered growth of such materials.
