ABSTRACT:
The evaluation of the impact of three months training course of Tribal and Non Tribal Anganwadi workers was carried out at Anganwadi Training Centre, Unit 3, Mana Camp, District Raipur (M.P.). On assessment, after completion of the training, highly significant gains in knowledge of the AWWs have been noted. It is interesting to note that tribal AWWs were equally receptive as their counterparts Non tribal one.
