Introduction: All over the world elections are considered as the modern form of festival. India and United State are not exception to this celebrations. In our country lot of gifts and donations are offered to prospective voters. However, the recent demonetization is sure to arrest this trend to some extent. Further our nation is not exception to have trend of both wining money and elections. Few days ago there was a general election in all powerful world member viz United State of America. Of course the manner or methodology adopted in USA election is slightly differs from our election. In the election opinion of common man is respected in both countries. The significant difference in counting of vote in USA is that not only highest vote by in dividual but also the in maximum numbers of states. The winner has to score in 50% states. On the basis of this criteria Donald Trump was elected as the president-Elect. Altogether different personality, with outspoken nature, the version of his talk is somewhat worrying classical democrats. Rotham Hillary in spite of getting high votes in total could not get elected as she could not confined to criteria of 50% election in American state. All over the world all nations irrespective of small or big size are very much concerned about environmental pollution. Inorder to control the pollution specially the atmospheric contamination. There was world conference in Denmark in 1978.  Our country was represented by one time very powerful prime minister. It was agreed then to control air pollution in stages by both developed as well as the developing countries including India in Asia. A fixed deadline was fixed to control air polluti on in stipulated time bound program of 30 years or if possible less. This conference was followed by another one in Kyoto in Japan. A protocol was declared that all nations specially developed nations like USA, Canada, Australia and Japan (not interestingly China) should make serious endeavor for abetment of pollution. However, the midterm check of the level of pollution by air did not exhibit very encouraging results. It was men agreed that all developing countriesespecially in south East Asia should get an aid of $ 100001 for abatement of our pollution and elimination of greenhouse gases. The greenhouse gases which were considered to be injurious to the health like CO2 (carbon dioxide),CO (carbon monoxide), oxide of nitrogen commonly written as NO-NO2 (i.e. nitric oxide and nitrogen dioxide), Methane (CH4), SO2 (sulpher dioxide) to some extent must be brought down to zero level by the year 2020 or even earlier. We had recently another all world conference in Rio-de- Janeiro Brazil. In this gathering some shocking observations were brought to the light. There were 113 countries big and small  in the world concerned about pollution. We have total pollution of 73% due to emissions. The year 2016 had world record of having highest temperature in last few decades. The striking discovery was China with giant growth of industries causes highest air pollutions of 20-24% of total emission while the best developed  countries like USA and Canada (to some level) have limit of pollution of 16-18% of the nations in all 120 countries agreed solemnly to bring down the total extent of pollution to 55%. This was to be ascertained in next world conference to be held in Paris next year. All the developing and developed countries had built high hopes to abet pollution. It is to be noted that by now 2005 about 16% emission had come down all over the world with the great hope than by 2030. We shall be  approaching to zero pollution in literary sense. But most alarming declaration by world’s most advance country viz America by the president elect Donald Trumph stated that they are not bound by protocol in Paris convention and they would follow their own norms, it is really shocking. It fact developed countries are expected to helpless developed nations in abetment and also financially. The future year would decide the state of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere by 2030.
