Abstract : The anxiety of adolescent girls towards
menstruation leads
to various menstrual
problems. Counselling and anxiety reducing medicine.
which has been proved to .be antagonistic to tension
was used to alleviating the anxiety ot the subjects
in the experimental group. The number of
problems during menstruation experience and heir
intensity were brought
down to a great
extent by counselling and anxiolytic medicine.
