Abstract: All workers were familiar
with the word Family Welfare, but only a small percentage of
workers have knowledge about
small· family norm, vasectomy
and Tubectomy operation, spoc.ing and provision of free assistence to infertile couples. 67.15 percentage of
workers belief that children are gift of God. Only 14.94 percent
workers practising family planning and 5.71 percent workers
were of view
that wide publicity may help in popularising
this programme of National interest.
