Photoconductivity Of Chemically Deposited Cds:Al Films

Abstract. Trivalent aluminium increases the photoconductivity of CdS many times. A maximum value of photocurrent to dark current ratio equal to 6278 Ir. found. Results of rise decay studies, excitation and transmission spectra are discussed and values of tap depths are presented.
