Abstract.
Bilateral palmar prints were collected from 433 Rawats (232 males and 201 females) and 442 Telis (251 males and
191 females) from various villages of Raipur and Bilaspur district
of Chhattisgarh
(M.P.). Both the groups show a
higher frequency of radial termination for line C. The frequency of type III is
very low indicating low occurrence of abortive, proximal and absent conditions
in both the sexes of the two groups.
